About Karina
Who am I?
I am a science communicator who specializes in environmental content. I was born and raised in Miami, FL so I’ve seen the impacts of climate change firsthand. I’m passionate about telling the stories of the people who are protecting the planet. I’m an active member of Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL) and a member of their podcast: Citizens Climate Radio!
I also volunteer for CCL and am active member of their Miami Chapter. Go carbon pricing! I am currently finishing up a Master’s Degree in Global Strategic Communications and a certificate in Science Communications. When I’m not studying or podcasting, I like spending time in nature, volunteering, and spending time with my 3 pitbulls!
